Returns and refunds

Returns: If you change your mind about an order you have the right to cancel it, at any time from the moment you place the order up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. Please contact me to notify me of your intention to cancel the order. If the order was not despatched, the refund will be made, but if it has been despatched you need to wait for it to arrive. You should return your order  within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation, no refund will be made after this. Once the return is received it will be  inspected and if the item or items are in good condition and still in a  saleable state, you  will get a refund of the value of your order. Please note that if, when you placed your order, you requested an enhanced postage method any additional costs over and above the cost of the standard service will not be refunded. You are responsible to pay return postage and this will not be refunded. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting as in the event of a return going missing we will be unable to refund unless the proof of posting is produced. 

Refunds: If there is an error in your order or a missing or faulty item, this should be communicated within 3 working days of the date you received the order. In case of a faulty item this should be returned within 30 days of receipt. A replacement will be sent or a refund made after the  complaint has been investigated. So please check your order when it arrives, making sure that everything is correct. If a complaint is made after this time it will not be valid. No returns should be made without previous communication.
