Products: We try to ensure that all products colours and the descriptions are as accurate as possible, but please be aware that errors and inaccuracies can occur. It is your responsibility to decide if a product meets your requirements and can be used for your purpose. Products on the website can be removed or added without any notice. All prices quoted include VAT exclude postage which is calculated at check out.
Stock: Sometimes an error may occur in the amount of stock shown, if you need more than the amount shown please contact as we may have more available. You can email us or use the contact form. If you buy a product and when packing the order we have a shortage we will contact you to obtain instructions before processing you order.
To place an order: To choose your item click on the amount you require and press the "Add to cart” button on the relevant product page. Your shopping basket (in the top right-hand side of the page) will show how many items are in your basket. To see what items are in your basket, click the basket icon and the information will appear on the right-hand side of the page. The value of your shopping is shown in pounds sterling and you will be charged in pounds sterling
Payment: To protect your Credit or Debit card information, we use a specialist Payment Services Provider who is compliant with the VISA and MasterCard PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. We don't record or store your card details, and no-one at Bags Of Difference – Brighton has access to any card details. You will see a padlock in the right-hand corner of the bottom bar to indicate that you are now in a secure area.
You can pay through your PayPal account if you have one or alternatively you will be asked to supply your credit/debit card details. Once these details have been entered check that the information is correct and then click the “Pay Now” button. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Postage: Postage & packing is calculated and charged at checkout.
We aim dispatch orders within 5 working days, but when we are busy may take a little longer. In normal circumstances delivery should take place within 10 days of posting. If your parcel has not arrived after 10 days please contact us. It is important for you to make sure that the delivery address details are correct, if the details are incorrect we can't be held to account.
If you are outside UK, your parcel will be sent using Royal Mail using a service appropriate to the weight and size of the parcel. If you have any queries regarding postage and packing please contact us before placing an order.
